I'm your age and I moved in Silicon Valley from Italy in 99 to work as programmer in a network company called Cisco Systems (you should know the name at least ;) ....as you, I saw how the cell phone market was still in its infant age, compare to italy, but I never thought was possible to make money selling ring tones ;) Anyway, the Silicon Valley entrepreneurial fever has grown in me, and for quite sometime I've been thinking to start something part-time, maybe with some friends in italy, and take advantage of what you call "International Idea Arbitrage". That's why I would like to learn as much as possible from your experiences, so please share everything you think you can share without compromise your future plans.
