I learned to fly and was very good at it (soloed after 6 hours of flight time), but I found it extremely boring. I cannot conceive of flying myself for hours on end anywhere. When I can comfortably afford it, I will use Netjets or something like that.

Do the VLJs have the range to go to the Dominican Republic or even Miami non-stop from NY?

I don’t get it… Jeremy Clarkson is 6’5″ and he fit into it okay… and seemed like he’s got plenty of room. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mJM03Uk9U0I Perhaps he’s got a really short neck…

Another idea is to adjust your driving posture… I’ve heard that the “Gangsta Lean” gives you the few extra crucial inches you need to fit in the car. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gangsta_Lean) =)
